Volkswagen India - Lack of Trancperancy in volkswagen service and repairs and Experienced a Bluff

Hi Team,

My Name is Amit Jadon and I am owning Volkswagen cars since last ** years. And I have always been a proud customer till **th December ****.

I visited Volkswagen service centre ( Sitapura industrial area, Jaipur, Tanya cars ) for general Service on **th December. After a few hours I received a call from service advisor stating that there is a oil leakage so ** parts will be replaced.
I was shocked to hear that because car was running well. When I visited service centre next day there I found that parts were not even cleaned to find a leakage. Then Service Manager assured me that he will manage to find effected part of vehicle and only that part will be replaced.
It means that they were imposing the parts sales on me without even finding the damages.
Not it's * january **** and I received a call from manager that those replaced parts were ok but now we find that problem is with turbo part, and asking for aprooval to replace the part by submitting a new quotation. they started making mee fool and trying to sell a few more expensive parts. and I am still waiting for development.
