Volkswagen India - VW Brand New car Multiple Serious Defects no help from Seller

Dear Sir,

Need advice please help in below situation.

*. I bought VolksWagon Taigun GT in July **** , with the promise it is December **** car and they will give cash discount of *,**,***
Rs on new car. I bought for ** lakhs( * lakh ** thousand downpayment) and **,**,*** Rs Vehicle loan from SBI bank (**,*** EMI monthly * years
tenure). for december **** vehicle later found that from chassis code it is march **** manufactured.
- Proof of watsapp communication and chassis number (To decode real manufacturing date) which was lied by sales person.
Caused mental distress due to * year * month old vehicle which was lied and sold saying * months old in VW Stock yard.
Name of VW Customer Service and Sales person.


*. There was a stain on Rear Logo which was dirt did not look new one, despite all cleanup effort by them it did not go, they said
in next service they will replace the logo but till today they did not do it, i ended up leaving it and just accepted that as it is and
they gave suggestion in the insurance claim i can replace it . This is the way faulty or defects they want me to claim through insurance
rather than being fixed by company or service center itself.
- Proof of photos and watsapp communication *-* times they promised they will replace logo which they never did.


*. After * months of purchase only, In october **** , On a Highway when we parked vehicle for dinner with family night
*PM car did not start again. No electricity , no battery working . Many people tried to help us in late night to jumpstart car but it did not start.
After calling road side assistance, after
* hours midnight *AM ,after many many followups sent towing vehicle and a cab for our family with small kid to reach home.
- Proof of Power failure in car. Airbag failure, Low battery error and towing.


*. They did not accept it is a vehicle problem, instead they said near our house some rats are there and they might have damaged, where
i had this car only for * days and ** days it was in VW showroom for service and Logo fixing(Did not do it till now). I argued no rats
at my place and my old never had this issue.


*. In **** March , left window glass stopped working it does not open at all due to electricial issue. (They will defend rat issues, but
no rats around) I have lost hopes from them, so prepared to spend from my side due to helpless situation on brand new VW vehicle.


*. In **** June **, midnight *AM car suddenly brokedown with clutch damaged in middle of highway in no man's land in dark place in highway,
which was risky for my family and could have a fatal and dangerous accident by other heavy trucks
if i used car's movement and steered to left side of road safely. It was by luck we were almost near bangalore, if this failure had happened in
the middle of unknown place and dark place and could have risked my wife and a son due to this issue. Not related to car, but due to
this incident at midnight, * truck drivers were talking to my wife in window , we just waited did not open doors and did not
communicate, after * minutes they left. But it adds to our mental pain and very depressing for my wife.

--Update: Now from the company they are saying , It is wear and tear caused by me , this is the usual way always point it to me for
any mistakes, and try to avoid replacing. Now they are saying clutch is not part of warranty, however during sale, any problem in components
will be replaced by warranty itself. I asked for written statement he is not ready to give written. He is asking me ***** Rs to paid
for replacing clutch as clutch does not come under warranty because of my driving clutch is worn out , however my previous car for * years
same driving for more than *lakh kilometer never had clutch problem unless i only replaced after **,*** KM. These VW people are
simply pointing at customer for not trying to fix their problems.

*. Till now, i have told multiple times it always shows low battery error, they said battery is in good condition, but why i keep
getting low battery error continuously. I trusted them and still used, but not sure the new vehicle really has healthy battery or not.
I always drive in fear it can again breakdown any time anywhere.


Car has * years of warranty, Please suggest for ignorance, false information for selling , multiple defective new vehicle and causing mental
torture and trauma to my family of a brand new car having multiple issues and ask for replacement of a car instead of them saying replacement
of faulty components even they said clutch will not be replaced i need to pay **,*** Rs for clutch replacement , We have no confidence in vehicle we can use it for long drive or night drive after all this.
Please help. Thank you for your help in advance !
