I missed my flight due to no information received from Goibibo for rescheduled flight time.***** my flight costing is waste due to irresponsible behaviour. Now for rescheduled flight customer support told me to pay***** for rescheduled charges. I reached at *:** pm at the airport but, due to flight rescheduled airport authority not allowing me, they deny. Or from *:** pm continuous I call to customer support, they never support on *:**. I discussed with Priyanka cce she said passenger don't have to board due to that airport authority deny. She confirmed me at *:** pm.
I request to cce please reschedule for next flight it urgent for me to reached Dubai but no one helps me. Now why I pay for such service of Goibibo they did not give any information not even a single message or mail for rescheduled flight timing. I received many offer SMS from Goibibo but for rescheduling, I didn't get a single one. I want a total refund back for this flight and for my return ticket from Dubai. This is a bad experience with Goibibo, first and last experience.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
