Subject: Request for Refund Due to Repeated Product Defect - Induction Cooktop (Case Nos: PB**********, PB**********, PB**********)
Dear Wonderchef Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated issues I have faced regarding your induction cooktop (Model: Wonderchef Power Induction **** Watt, Model Code: WCINC**WIP****, Serial No: *******INC*********).
Despite raising multiple complaints (Case Numbers: PB**********, PB**********, PB**********), the problem persists. Even after receiving a replacement unit on March **, ****, the glass on the new induction cooktop again broke automatically during normal usage. This clearly reflects a consistent issue with product quality and durability.
I trusted the *-year warranty commitment by Wonderchef, but I am extremely disappointed by the repeated failure and inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, your service engineer's behavior was also unprofessional, which only added to the frustration.
This entire experience has led to wasted time, effort, and money. I therefore request a full refund for this defective product.
