Dear LG Customer Support,
I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the malfunctioning of my LG indoor air conditioning unit.
The unit has been releasing pieces of ice from the vents, which is not only alarming but also dangerous. Additionally, there is no cool air being produced—only humid air is coming out, making the room extremely uncomfortable and defeating the entire purpose of having an air conditioner.
This issue requires immediate attention. I request that a qualified technician be sent at the earliest to inspect and resolve the problem. Given the severity of the situation and the potential safety hazard, I expect a swift response and resolution.
Kindly acknowledge this complaint and provide a timeline for action.
