Horrible staff and experienced a bad day today..my parents could not travel.. first of all announcements weren't done..my parents are quite old..second of all flight was at *:**.. my parents did manage to reach the gate by *:**, & there were ** other passengers too still the staff didnt allow them in ..how would you like if your old parents are said like that.. really very sad experience ...now they are asked to pay extra *k and go by *am flight.. so only for VIP's you people will make us wait also.. i used to love indigo but this incident made me think about indigo twice now..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
