booked a ticket in your airlines on ** march **** from delhi to Chandhigarh, (OL*H*D) but due to some error that occured at your server my payment has got cancelled and an amount of **,*** was deducted.Since the ticket was cancelled i booked a ticket on Goair,But on the date of departure from the airport at delhi I came to know that another ticket was book in my name on the same day the ticket was cancelled by their server.I immediately informed about it at the Indigo gate and they had it canceled.After some days after arriving at kochi your customer service called to inform me that full money will be refunded and today **rd of march **** was the last date the lady on the phone told that it would be credited to my account . from that date till today **/**/**** no amount has been credited to my account
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
