My wife and *yr old son were traveling from Agartala to Kolkata by Indigo Flight No *E****. PNR- FI*UJK on **/*/****. Among her * checked in luggage one was a purple colored medium sized trolley bag which was not found at Kolkata airport. My wife at the very moment informed Indigo persons and filled up PIR(property irregularity report). After our repeated calling and request they are very casual to our complain. Even after ** hr of the incident, they are unable to trace my trolley bag. We some cash, new clothes and most importantly my sons medicine and his vaccination card which if lost i will be in a big trouble. I am running after the airline persons since last ** hr which is costing me loss of money, time and energey without any benefit. Please help me getting my bag back. Thank you.
