I have booked ticket with Indigo airlines and due to lockdown flight was canceled and amount refund initiayed to credit shell. When I contact them they says its indigo policy which is completely shit not following norms of Government. Pathetic response from them. I have asked them to refund the amount to my account but they said its not possible. Worst than ever that airlines not following Government orders. IRCTC itself confirmed full refund for passengers but espicially this Indigo airlines creating mess towards passengers.I want my refund amount to my account. PNR-MWHDHX.
