Hi
We tried to book a flight from chennai to bangalore on december ** **** .
We are trying to make payment and entered card details however not able to make payment .
Kindly let us know why is this happening ,.This is not the right way .it seems to me its corruption so that we will be forced to go to agent and then there is understanding between agent and airline and consumer as me is affected by time and energy .this is not the right way .we are dissapointed .
