I had booked two flight tickets from Kannur to Kolkata for **nd March,****. That flight got cancelled due to Covid-**'s first one day lockdown in India. I got a call too from Kannur airport, informing me about the cancellation and assured me for a full refund. But later on they put the money on credit shell which I can't use the way I want. I don't want credit shell, as I don't have any future travel plan between *year.
So, please help me as well as other passengers who all are suffering due to this problem with a full refund.
