Indian Army - Indian Army Bike Fraud

Actually i am cheated today by an army person (Mr. Parimal Kumar) for rs ***** also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to google his name.

I have done payment through google pay. Pls find the attachment image. Number for google pay is **********

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his TVS apache RTR bike for Rs. **k(find the attachment) for bike ad, from there I messaged him and settled at ** k.Yesterday I tarnsferred him **** rs. Today he called me ask to transfer remaining amount for army clearance. Again asked ***** Rs. For security issue from indian Army side. With him one parcel guy was also involved.Igot a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in Sandholi and i have to pay rs ***** than again he called that balance ***** need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again ***** for insurance . Then I find something suspicious and tried to find his name on google. I came to know this is fraud. I found they are cheating peoples same way as i was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only *% which urges me to contact you directly

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and * ~* persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.
Please help me in resolving the issue.
