It is for your kind information that dependent name uploaded at Corr PPO downloaded on **/**/****, it is found the of dependent named mentioned in PPO as "IMAKSHI DEVI" in place of "HIMAKSHI DEVI" as uploaded vide token No ********* dated **/**/****, so kindly amend it accordingly. Also, I request your kind honour to confirm to me that at serial No * 'Pensioner service is extended' as Yes or No. Old value was 'Yes' but I put the New value as 'No'. Therefore, you are requested to clarify to me whether the new value which was put by me is correct or not.
In view of the above, kindly do the needful at the earliest. Confirmation in this regard may please be intimated to me at your earliest convenience.
