Indian Army - Scooty

This is Taran Kapoor from mumbai. A few days back I saw an ad on OLX of TVS Jupiter being sold at Rs *****. When I saw the ad, there was a number potrayed on the ad. I wanted to purchase that scooty so I called on that number and that person informed me that he's from Indian army and gave me all his details and identity cards including army canteen card, driving licence and aadhar card .When I said that ***** is too much for me so he told me that the amount is negotiable and the least it can be sold for rs *****. So I agreed to purchase.

I paid him ***** in advance and informed him that as I am a student I will pay the remaining ***** the next month. He agreed at once and said that he'll go to army transport office now to make the scooty deliver at my place. He also showed me the pic stating that he's in the army transport office.

The next morning , a guy called me and said that he is the postman and my scooty has arrived but beforing delivering , I need to pay the remaining amount. I anyhow managed to pay rs **** and I told him that now I don't have a penny , so he said that he'll give *,*** rs from his side to the army transport office.

The next day when I called him , he said that the scooty will be delivered to me within an hour or so. But , the scooty never came and now from the past * days, I am calling him and the postman but both of them have switched off their phones so m unable to get a response from them.

I am a law student in mumbai and as he showed me his identity cards of Indian army like the canteen card , I paid him the money without any due thinking and now I am regretting it a lot. That guy's name was vikas patel and I have attached the photos which he sent me of himself and the scooty too.

Please find that person because I am in deep trouble now.
