India Post Department - India post lost the shipment and never respond to the filed complain

I have sold a medical equipment slit lamp microscope through Amazon last month and it was shipped to customer through India registered post with tracking number CH*********IN on Dt: **/**/****.Till the date shipment never delivered to customer nor returned to us.I have filed a complain with Number--*********** to India post but never had any answer from India post despite several requests and my personal visit to there office.Item is lost so they should refund my money.I have loss of approx *****.**.I have attached the postal receipt of the shipment for your ready reference.
