Hi Team,
I am arvind Singh, I have bookedIndependent dish TV on **th of November ****. At the time of booking customer care executive said that installation will be done in next *-* working days ,after ** days we call to customer care they said again it will take ** days.....
Still we waited for the installation call but they didn't reply....last week again we spoke to customer care executive named Heena...she promised that in next * days you will get your installation call...but nothing happened I have emailed all the details of refund & give several reminders from ** December, ** December, * January to refund my amount .
I am literally fed up and I want my prebooking amount back....I can't wait now......
