Bajaj Finance - Incorrectly charged by the company

I have taken EMI of *****/- from Bajaj Finserv. I have already paid * months instalment and rest * months instalment is pending. I have to pay ****/- on *nd of every month. I have paid all my instalments on time without defaulting. Yet I was charged by Bajaj Finserv twice in January and once in February the amount of Rs ***/- each time. I was also charged ***/- once in December for late payment, which I can understand. But why in the month of Jan and Feb, despite paying the EMI on time? I had a talk with customer care and they refused to have deducted the amount, I checked with my Bank and bank's Service Manager told me that I am not the only one who has been charged wrongly by Bajaj, but there were many complaints regarding this deduction before. Sadly, no action was take by either bank or any other authority for this hidden charge. I have attached the account statement for your reference you can clearly see that on *nd of Jan and Feb, I paid the amount, yet again on *th of Jan and **th of Jan, I was charged a late payment fee. Same goes in Feb. Please help to resolve this issue. Thank you.
