Zomoto - Incorrect wrong items order

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent Zomato delivery. The order ID is **********, and I had ordered Grilled Chicken [Half], Al Faham Chicken Biryani, and Kuboos. However, I received only Kuboos and * packets of Biryani rice items.

I contacted Zomato care regarding this discrepancy, and they replied that after conducting a thorough investigation, they were unable to confirm my concern. Unfortunately, they stated that a refund cannot be processed.

I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you could provide to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your time and attention.
