Goibibo.com - Incorrect Refund of Cancelled Air ticket PNR No
PARITOSH KUNDU filed complaint against Goibibo.com on May 15, 2020
I have purchased a flight ticket from goibibo.com for the date ** April, **** from DEL to CCU Flight Indigo (PNR : GHN**Z and Booking ID Ref: GOFLD**fde**********).
I would like to bring your notice that above PNR was booked by paying an additional amount of Rs.**** for Cancellation protection premium.
I have cancelled the above ticket for the date ** April, **** from DEL to CCU Flight Indigo (PNR : GHN**Z and Booking ID Ref: GOFLD**fde**********) and requested to refund.
The ticket was cancelled under normal cancellation category and had no link with COVID – ** cases.
As per CANCEL TICKET VOUCHER of Goibibo the due refund amount as calculated was Rs.*****/-. Instead, Goibibo has refunded me only an amount of Rs.***/-.
