I booked hotel Byke Old Resort looking at the pictures given in Agoda. but when we checked in we saw that the rooms were nothing like those given in the website. Rooms were dirty, ac didn't work, wifi didn't work, zero maintanence. It is completely unfair to cheat customers
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
