I have Ordered * Chocolate Mousse Bomb Pastries From Karachi Bakery Costing Rs. ***.**/- But Received * Other dIfferent Pastries. (order NO. #************)
Immediately, I have Contacted Swiggy Customer Support For the Replacement Of The Product But there was No Response. Hence Sent A Mail To Swiigy support service They Simply Replied " We Are Sorry That An Incorrect Order Being Delivered To You. We Will Ensure To Provide Strong Feedback To The Concerned Team To Minimize Such Errors Going Forward"
Again Sent A Mail To Them For A Refund again They Replied "We Have Carefully Evaluated The Issue-Based On Your Complaint, And Are Saddened To Let You Know That We Were Not Able To Substantiate The Claim Or Close The Dispute In Your Favor. Alternatively, We Suggest You Rate The Restaurant On The Platform Based On Your Experience."
Repeatedly Facing Issues With The Swiggy.. This Is The *nd Or *rd Time I'm Facing This Type Of Issue. They Just Simply Say I'm Sorry"
Really Waste Service They Are Providing and no proper response from the customer support.
