I had placed an order on **th Jan for “Fashinable Village Womens brocade Stitched Elbow Length Sleeves saree blouse” marked delivered on **th Jan, but the item which I received is incorrect, I received cheap quality yellow saree. So I raised a complaint for replacement, and to my surprise I saw that the status was marked Replaced, WHEREIN THE INCORRECT ITEM IS STILL LYING WITH ME. So again I spoke to customer service representative then the senior who assured me that I will receive my refund and will give me a call. But till date No Update.
