B Chakravarty filed complaint against Mfine on Aug 15, 2021
I booked RTPCR test through Mfine lab test. The test was required for travel. The time of collection of sample was **** hours on ** August **** (same reflected in their App also) but the report generated wrongly showed sample collected at **.** hours. Since RTPCR report for traveling is time sensitive (within ** hours of travel from sample collection), I report the error to Mfine and requested them to show the correct details. The company however refused to make any changes due to which the report is of no use to me (for no fault of mine).

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
