Railyatri - Incorrect Departure Time of Bus

I had booked two bus tickets for Dehradun to Gurgaon from RailYatri.in on **rd September **** at around **:** PM for a bus which was scheduled to depart from the pickup point at **:** PM. I received the ticket at **:** PM, after which I called the driver's number mentioned on the ticket to confirm whether the bus is on time etc. I got a response that the bus left the pick-up point at **:** PM and there is no bus scheduled for **:** PM.

Now, how am I responsible for that? The website mentioned the departure time to be **:** PM. I was standing on their designated pickup point from **:** PM itself. Why I have to pay? How have I missed the bus?

Now, someone might ask why did I book a bus scheduled to depart at **:** PM just ** minutes earlier? But, Isn't it the sole purpose of these services to be available online so that consumers can book tickets without any hassle even until the last minute?

I had lodged a formal complaint with the consumer team at the same time and had dropped a detailed mail about the same by the next day.
The response from the RailYatri.in (btw, it came after ** days) - "As per the confirmation received from our concern team, they confirmed that other passengers have boarded the same bus from the same point on time and driver has waited for the passenger. Hence, the bus operator strictly denied the refund."

How could the driver/bus wait for me at **:** PM when I have booked the ticket at **:** PM?

Details of the images:
*. Details of the bus on RailYatri.in app which states **:** PM as departure time. Didn't have a screenshot from that day, posting the schedule of a Monday.
*. RailYatri's Response to our complaint.
*. My google location of **rd September **** from **:** PM to **:** PM, which shows I was outside Seyfert Sarovar Premiere, Dehradun.
*. The screenshot of the ticket at **:** PM with pickup point mentioned as Seyfert Sarovar Premier Hotel, Dehradun where I was standing.

It would be really helpful if someone could guide me in the right direction on how to tackle this situation.
This can happen to anybody, I have the access to technology and have pictures to prove my innocence in this case but not everyone is aware of the same.
