Monisha Engineer filed complaint against Cleartrip on May 29, 2023
While booking tickets on cleartrip the middle name is not mandatory. However customer service after booking the tickets says it's mandatory and asks for Rs ****/- additional per person per sector to be paid for * passengers × * sectors. When we contacted the airline they charged us Rs **** per sector for * people. If it is mandatory how did they allow us to book tickets without it and advertise it as optional
