Vi Vodafone Idea has blocked my outgoing call for over two weeks now. I have a *** postpaid plan and have always made my payments on time. This month they generated a bill amount of **** without providing me the bill breakup. This is because I wanted to port to Airtel and they did not accept my porting request earlier this month. This is a fraud and malpractice to retain a customer and make him extra. I would like a file q consumer complaint against VI for all the mental harrasment I have been facing over last * weeks. Please guide me through the process.
