Upstox - Incorrect Average cost taken for Stock splits purchased

Issue's Regarding Stock Split pertains to Alkyl Amines Share
a . Avg cost consideration for Stock split done. Wrongly considered Avg cost as Rs.**** instead Rs.****
Purchased * share @**** before Stock split .
[Stock Split terms - Old FV - Rs. * & New FV Rs.* . i.e for every * shares * Shares after Split.
I.e * Shares @**** = *****. After Split will get * Shares with Avg @ **** =*****]

Like wise, for one share @ ****. After Split will get * Shares with Avg Cost @**** = **** .

For the balance as Fraction Amount is (****-****)=**** to be credited.

b. Secondly, Fraction Amount Rs. **** as on date credited to my bank account.
I have been continuously following with custmer care teams or following with Mails but Query hasn't been resolved.

Please do the needful ...
