ATUL DWIVEDI filed complaint against Goibibo on May 16, 2019
Recently I booked a flight from KNU to IXB. The flight got cancelled by the airline. Goibibo promised to refund all ***** to me and I have mail for that also but they have refunded me only **** INR.
They are not refunding my money just mailed me the timeline that already passed. They have even barred my number in customer care also.
Goibibo is a scam please don't use their services.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
