On **th September in the morning i booked a cab to the railway station ,the driver was near my home and confirmed the address with me and didn’t showed up even after ** minutes and when I called him back * times he didn’t pickup up the phone eventually i had to book another cab because i had a train in ** minutes and his inconveniency and poor service resulted in missing my train and waste of expensive ticket.I hope there’s a solution and strict action against this complaint or else i have to find another way
