Hi,
This is regarding the OLA cab which was booked from Kapadia nagar to Byculla.
The driver gave false committment and didnt turned up and finally cancelled the ride.
I had * senior citizen and * infant who was suppose to travel he wasted almot ** mins and then cancelled
This led to mental harrassment and it was raining too.
Need compensation for the same.
