Gomechanic Car Service App - Received challan while car repair

I have given car for wheel care services and after service the gomechanic driver has delivered my car to home while delivering the car he has speed up the car upto ** km per hour speed so I have received online challan for same. Now gomechanic escalation manager is not responding for my query.
