I have ordered ** Items from Mamaearth recently, however, they have only delivered * items. I have been contacting them through their compliant channel on app as well as customer service number, but no one is bothered to respond.
The customer service number is so pathetic that out of my *** calls to them, none got picked or connected to the agent, though after a long wait on the call, it gets auto disconnected. I have been looking for a resolution, however, nothing working. Please assist.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
