I had placed an order with ** items and received only a very small part of my order. the customer service is awful and extremely unwilling to help. they first said they would refund me and then kept opening my case and increasing the timeline to resolution and then they said the warehouse staff said they didn't find any discrepancy which is an absolute lie. I sent them what i received instantly and they kept denying it.
I will detail what I received:
Nykaa Face masks
Kay Beauty Illuminating Primer Drops
Dot and Key Face Moisturizer
Baby Chakra Sunscreen - Not Ordered
Sirona Vitamin C Body Wash - Not Ordered
Like I had mentioned before, I got the completely wrong order and the refusal to help was absolutely disappointing, after saying I won't shop again, the response was we hope you return. I will attach any and all details I can.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
