Amazon - Incomplete order by Amazon and denied replacement refund

I ordered four warmland single bed electric blankets of Rs *** each on ** October **** Order# ***-*******-*******. Total amount paid for four items is ****/-.
However, seller packed one blanket within the packet and dispatched the order by the name of four items within this packet. My order is received by my wife on **th october **** at my address. Packed material includes only one blanket instead of four.
The packing of the blanket is the biggest proof against the fraud of amazon because the size of the packet can only accomodate one blanket only.

I registered the complaint on the same day and requested replacement but replacement is also denied.
It is totaly untrusted behaivour by the Amazon customer helpline service.
It seems that customer service is not working properly for the consumers and it is working for the sellers.
I demand return/refund of this item and a strict action against the packing team.
