Abhisek jama filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 10, 2020
I ordered an item with ordered no. *******-*******-*******, it contains one A line kurta and one shrug.but unfortunately it have received only shrug, ie.imcomplete product.
After that I have raised a query in app with issue IN********************. But response from the team has been very disappointed me. That it has crossed the ** hours of limit.
I was unable to open the open the item at the time of delivery because of :
Firstly, I was not available there, my cook has been received that.
Secondly, due to covid-** pandamic, I have kept that parcel for some hour.
But when I contacted support team, they didn't take my complaint because of ** hours of limit.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
