We have ordered * meals from Geetha canteen ( Saibaba colony, Coimbatore) through swigy. Total cost: Rs.***. The order was picked up by Swiggy executive Ragul. B (mob +************). Only half of the order was delivered by him( only rice, no other dishes) and when we call back to delivery person and hotel they were behaving in a irresponsible manner. They said they will refund only half of the amount. But were not ready to deliver remaining portion left at hotel Or they were not ready to pickup the half order delivered. We asked them to pickup the rice they delivered and refund the whole amount but they were rejecting our request. It was a complete wastage of our hard earned money because of irresponsible behaviour of Swiggy, Their delivery executive and Geeta Canteen. We need support from this forum to get justice.
