Epic Sphere Publication - Incomplete Award Package Delivery and Unresponsive Behavior by Epic Sphere Publication

I am writing to file a complaint against Epic Sphere Publication regarding an unsatisfactory experience and incomplete delivery of services.

I participated in a competition organized by Epic Sphere Publication and was informed that I had been selected as a winner. Following this, I was asked to purchase an award package initially priced at ₹****. Upon my refusal, the price was reduced to ₹****, and I agreed to proceed based on the deliverables promised, which included a trophy, medal, and publication in a magazine.

I made a payment of ₹**** for the package. However, I only received a trophy and did not receive the remaining promised items, including the medal and magazine publication.

When I attempted to contact the organization for clarification and updates regarding the pending items, my messages were ignored, and I was subsequently blocked on platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

Additionally, after raising concerns about my experience, I have been subjected to harassment through multiple unknown social media accounts. These accounts have posted inappropriate and defamatory comments on my profile and have also attempted to harm my reputation by posting negative reviews on my work.

This situation has caused me financial loss, mental stress, and reputational harm.

I request appropriate action against the company and seek:

I have supporting evidence including payment proof, chat records, and screenshots of communication and harassment, which I am prepared to provide.
