I am writing to formally report an instance of digital harassment, intimidation, and baseless legal threats made against me by Epic Sphere Organisation regarding my participation in the Pen Star Writing Event.

Details of the Incident:
I had applied for the Pen Star Writing Event and requested a concession for certain perks, which the organization agreed to provide.
On March *, ****, I was engaged in a **-hour-long project and could not immediately respond to their messages.
Despite this, the individual(s) from the organization repeatedly spammed my inbox, called me multiple times from the number +** ***** *****, and falsely accused me of ‘fooling the organization’ simply because I didn’t reply instantly.
I responded within ** hours, yet they continued to harass me and later escalated the matter by threatening to send a legal notice over what they claim to be a ‘fake submission’—which is completely baseless and a clear attempt at intimidation.
Such behavior is unprofessional and amounts to digital harassment under cyber laws.
Legal Concerns:
This constitutes harassment and intimidation under Section **A of the IT Act and IPC Section *** (Criminal Intimidation).
Threatening someone with a fake legal notice to force a response is misuse of legal provisions and an attempt to harass.
Repeated spamming, unsolicited calls, and coercion violate personal communication privacy.
Request for Action:
I request the concerned authority to:

Investigate this harassment and take necessary action against Epic Sphere Organisation and the individuals involved.
Issue a warning to the individuals responsible, instructing them to cease harassment immediately.
If this behavior continues, initiate legal proceedings against them for harassment and misuse of legal threats.
