Epic Sphere Publication - Harassment Intimidation and Online Reputation Damage by Epic Sphere Publication After Filing Complai

I am filing this complaint as a continuation of my earlier grievance regarding incomplete delivery of services by Epic Sphere Publication (Complaint ID: ******).

After filing my complaint, instead of resolving the issue, I have been subjected to continuous harassment and intimidation from the organization.

I have received multiple emails claiming legal action, sent from different Gmail accounts posing as legal representatives. These emails lack proper legal details such as office address, registration details, and official contact information.

In addition, I have received repeated phone calls and WhatsApp messages from unknown numbers. Some messages were sent and deleted immediately, indicating attempts to provoke or pressure me into responding.

Furthermore, the organization has started spamming my social media accounts (Instagram) by posting repetitive comments on multiple posts, stating that a legal case has been filed against me and that their lawyer is waiting for my response. These comments appear to be intended to publicly intimidate me and harm my reputation.

This continuous behavior has caused significant mental stress and reputational harm. It appears to be a deliberate attempt to silence my complaint rather than resolve the issue.

I request the following:

*. Immediate cessation of all forms of harassment, including emails, calls, messages, and public comments
*. Removal of all defamatory and intimidating comments posted on my social media accounts
*. Full refund of ₹**** for incomplete services
*. Compensation for mental harassment and reputational damage
*. Appropriate action against the organization to prevent such conduct toward other individuals

I have supporting evidence including emails, call logs, WhatsApp message records, Instagram comment screenshots, and prior communication, which I am prepared to provide.

I request urgent intervention and a fair resolution to this matter.
