Direct loss is about ***. the main reason I am raising a complaint is that for multiple orders, swiggy has taken my money and not provided service. after placing an order, there is so much delay. then when I contact them they assure me delivery will be done soon. then after * hour is passed they send a notification that the item cannot be delivered. now they have wasted soo much time, I am also not able to place a new order. this has happened for many orders, around **** rupees. even after raising multiple complaints, they have not provided any updates. I want compensation for the inconvenience caused.
