Gopal Pradhan filed complaint against Swiggy on Jan 17, 2020
This is in regards to my order # ***********
I have ordered a simple item, masala omelette and gave special instructions that not to add green chilli..simple instructions..
When I have received the order it was full of chillies..when I contacted the support rep she was rude and before even answering my queries she disconnected the chat. Attached is the screenshot of my order and chat.
Do I have to wait for * hours and come to a conclusion of what needs to be done? This doesn't make sense. I have asked for replacement for the order as I can't have green chillies in my order.
It's been * days and no one cared to reply back..
