I ordered some skincare products on smytten app on ** december ****
Today ** december **** they shows order is delivered but i have not received it yet.
Neither or my family members relatives recieved it.
Most importantly they did not call me once to receive order so how i can reveive it.
I have done my payment online.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
