I have enrolled for online appointment for valuation of my car for selling. The service promised during enrolment was to provide quotation & price post inspection. It has been more than a week, there is no response from the company on email reminder. The company representative doesn't respond back or pick up phone.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
