Swiggy is trying to exploit money from the customers. We tried to book an order on Swiggy app through Sodexo card but later on changed our mind and didn't make payment. But intentionally Swiggy has confirmed the order as Cash On Delivery without informing us and the item has been delivered. We didn't accept the item as we didn't order it. Then Swiggy Support team called us and insisted us to cancel the order. We cancelled the order in Swiggy app and returned the item to the delivery boy. Now, Swiggy imposed ***% cancellation charges (Rs. ***) as we cancelled the order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
