Royal enfield classic 350 - Immediate Action Required Fed Up with Ongoing Issues and Pathetic Service

I have had enough of your incompetence and lack of accountability. My Royal Enfield motorcycle has been a complete disaster from the moment I bought it, and your pathetic service team has made it even worse.

Let me remind you: this is not a one-time issue. First, the bike left me stranded on the road because of a sensor failure. Then, it failed again—twice—due to battery issues. For a so-called premium bike that costs over ₹* lakhs, this is absolutely disgraceful. Your bike is a complete failure, and your service team (sivaji service center Kaimanam) is even worse.

To make matters worse, my bike has been sitting in your service center for over a month now because of an engine failure—a manufacturing defect I reported during the first service. And now your team has the audacity to demand ₹*,*** to fix something that has been a problem since day one? Are you seriously expecting a customer to pay for your company's manufacturing defects? This is nothing but a shameless attempt to extort money from me for a problem I never caused. Instead of owning up to your mistakes, you are trying to shift the burden onto the customer. This behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a blatant betrayal of trust.

And let me be clear: your service manager, Mr. Prasad (sivaji motor's Kaimanam), is a joke. He gives different deadlines every time I call, none of which are met. He has no idea how to handle customer issues, and his attitude is nothing short of rude. In fact, all your advisors are rude and incapable of providing even basic customer satisfaction. Is this the "premium" Royal Enfield experience you advertise?

To make matters worse, leaving my bike in the service center for this long is causing further damage to components like the battery and other parts. If anything else goes wrong with my bike because of your delays, I will hold Royal Enfield and your dealership fully responsible.

This is your last warning. I demand an immediate resolution. Fix the bike without any further delays or excuses. If the bike is not repaired properly or replaced immediately, I will:
