On **th of march i went to the service centre for general servicing of my bike. My bike was running smooth without any issue before the service.
Mechanic ask to clean the throttle body of my bike because cleaning increase mileage but ends up damaging it and said me to bear the cost but i refused now the bike rpm is fluctuating instantly and unable to ride the bike.
They are continuously harassing me mentally that come on this date we will look into this but as per them the issue is not resolved yet and again they are asking for the time and saying to pay the money for throttle body of the bike so that they can repair but the point is its not my fault they damaged the throttle body for the shake of mileage increase and now they are charging for it and not replacing the throttle body
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
