I booked a Royal Enfield Classic *** – Mandalion Bronze (***cc) on ** January **** at Joy Shankar Logistics, Kolkata and paid an advance of ₹****. The delivery date shown in the Royal Enfield app keeps changing every few days, and there is no clear final delivery date given by the dealer or Royal Enfield.
For the last more than * months, the status only shows “Model status: Running” and “Tentative available at depot: ** April ****”, which is causing inconvenience and mental stress.
I request Royal Enfield (Eicher Motors Limited) and Joy Shankar Logistics, Kolkata to provide a fixed delivery date and deliver the bike within that date.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
