Tvs Credit Services Ltd - Illegal charged of payment

When panademic started .TVs offer a loan moratorium and ia have taken too .within that I had got no message except the confirmation.after two month they bounced my amount saying .I had not applied moratorium.as they had said your moratorium is for one month.but suddenly they charged me two month fine without any reason .the customer care department has said that your moratorium is for may only I said I applied for April too but the didn't listen .please help me out in this .iam not ready to pay illegal charge.this is injustice to me.
