I was on a plan called RED which had Netflix along with it. This was resubscribed on **th May ****. However in Oct ****, I cancelled the plan on VI app and that new plan had no Netflix. As a consumer, I have canceled my old plan and now I will not have the benefit of Netflix. Now they have charged me for Netflix in May **** stating that I only changed the plan but not canceled a VAS. I am not to know, as a consumer, that I have to go and switch off so many other things. For me a plan change is my consent of what I want and what I don't.
On contacting Vodafone..I have spoken to their customer care on *th, *th and *th of June ****. I also received a call form resolution help desk and all stating that I have to pay and its my fault. They cannot cancel this. I have call recordings to this effect as well. I think I am in my rights to ask for the refund as I have opted out of a plan and they need to reverse the amount to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
