I would like to bring to your notice that there are illegal ways being followed by the bank towards handling customer and their queries.
I was forced to take a credit card by luring to certain benefits and by assuring that there will be no annual charges applied if I attach any utility bill anytime I can within * year and was not informed that it has to be done within * months. Now a bill is generated that too annual bill before completion of *** days of the card being issued.
The person who forced the card was someone called Ankit Kumar (my account manager who left the company). The person with whom I have been following to have the issue resolved from over a month now is Amit and recently someone from credit card department Ashutosh. I have been assured for a resolution ** days back but no response from either one of them. Now Amit doesn't even answer my call (**********)
Both the issues of providing incomplete information as well as generating bill before * year are illegal. I have all the call recordings where Amit and Ashutosh have accepted that the bank is at fault and they will have the issue resolved at the earliest but have not done till date.
Also to bring to your notice, I have a certain amount saved in my account for some emergency reason to which Amit the current account manager (please note the account manager changes every month or maybe every ** days, I am not sure) has been forcing me to invest here and there every time we speak to which I have already told him several a times that I can't as it is for some emergency. Bank team cannot be keeping an eye on my account's savings and force me to invest. It's my hard-earned money and my wish whether I wanna invest or not. It is not the right way of handling someone's account by making a note of how much money does a person maintain. Today is the last date of making payment and I haven't received any response or resolution to the issue. Why should I pay for the bank fault of not giving a customer complete information, why will the bill be generated before * year. I am not paying and if now any charges are applied on top of it, the bank is responsible.
